My fantastic five is frozen. It says I am still earning points for logging in and winning levels but I can’t get into it

Please try with disconnecting Facebook from the game. Force close the app and restart the device.
Open the game again and connect to Facebook and see if it's working again.
@jantley I've noticed that especially when you join a new fantastic 5 team and reach the reward sometimes it doesn't reward you but don't worry keep on scoring and about 200 or so points later you will be rewarded
