Payment completed but no bundle received

I have just paid for a £5,99 for bundle . It says transaction complete but i didn't receive the Bundle of tools to use

How can i resolve this ?

    Thank you for your help i have already tried the reboot and different connections. I am using windows 10 not a phone. ive just gone into settings and looked at the transaction and it was definitely completed
