In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
@Freddy_Falkner , my profile is still there. My coins are there. My friends are there. My boosters are all gone and I'm so ticked I'm probably going to delete the game. Why would this happen?
@allbrite1 what device are you playing on, mobile / ipad are all stored in device memory so a reinstall or new phone or any other problem and they will be lost. normally facebook win 10 app you do not lose them as stored on kings servers, but this is not guaranteed. one of the things in the terms and conditions in the game they are not responsible for lost boosters. they only reimburse bought gold bars.
@charlie567 Strange a few people have lost boosters for no reason, not good. King got them selves covered with this as its in the terms and conditions you accept when playing the game, but i would be pissed

Welcome @romacard When you say, you logged out - Did you uninstall?
If you did, unfortunately the boosters which are stored on your device will be lost.
If you simply restarted the app without clearing the data, then you may be able to restore with a reboot.
Only purchased and unused boosters and Gold bars can be restored by customer support at this time.
