No boosters receive

Hi
it's a month that no boosters, no daily booster, can't ask for life.
look at the file attached. no icons of boosters.
I tried to remove the application and setup again, but the boosters I had before deleted and no changes.
it is frustrating.

Hi @Oshra_Karo and welcome to our Community!
You have the Daily Booster Wheel under the Events, down to the right. The number 5 indicates that 5 events or bonuses are currently running.
The inventory has been moved from the right side up to your profile. Please tap the avatar above to get an overview of your Boosters.
When deleting the app, it will also delete the Boosters. If you had any purchased Boosters stored, then email Player Support from the Settings and Help Center to get them restored.
Regarding the Lives, please check here.

Once u uninstall and install.... ur boosters will be reset as it is not stored on account id

Stan, thank for your reference, but it's not that. I tried only once to uninstall, but the problem unresolves.
I did not recevied any boosters at all. there is no gear and no prizes when i finish any level.
The problem start before month.

I didn't find any problems according to your screenshot. There is no mention that you will get a booster after passing a level.
