Who do I have to contact to get my Daily treat calendar unstuck?

My daily treat calendar has been stuck for over a week now and I've tried messaging but not getting anywhere. Just wanna stop playing altogether I'm so agrivated with it, but I really love this game. I just wish this issue would get fixed

First thing to try is make sure your game is up to date and on the latest version. Log out and restart your device and log back in see if this sorts your problem. if playing on facebook also clear your browser cache history

Please try with disconnecting Facebook from the game. Force close the app and restart the device.

Open the game again and connect to Facebook and see if it's working again.

You are probably playing the game on Facebook platform through browser?
