Game bug under "Real Crushers"

I passed the 1st level by "Real Crushers" and got a 30mins lollipop as a reward. Hours later, the game prompted that I did not attempt the level and I have to play the level again. Tried to replay but can't pass the level already. Pls look into this. I have wasted 2 lives trying to "replay" the 1st level by "Real Crushers" which I have already passed before. Thanks

@xxinz apologies just realised that option i had for the crush is real is still on the watch video stage. so could not attempt todayjust checked iphone and that is same aswell

Such problems can occur for a number of reasons.

The event will start from the beginning when you log out and log in to the game.

This can happen if you change the time of the device.

Even if the app is crashing. That can be a problem.

I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

You probably won't get that problem again.

Thanks but still can't. Anyway I have replayed the level and passed. Next time I'll rem to screenshot when I pass the levels.
