I got a new phone downloaded candy crush it asked it if wanted to retrieve my progress and of course I did. Well I’m supposed to be on level 1957 and now I’m back on 12!!! Everything that I’ve seen in the discussions I’ve tried, it hasn’t worked. So what do I do?
