Cannot access my profile via Facebook

Hello there, i can’t connect to my account throw Facebook using ios app, i tried all the step in the link, none of them worked for me, please advise what i can do

I tried all the steps in the link nothing works, also i tried from my macbook, through deferent browsers, when i click on play it navigate to a white screen and get stack on it, game never loads

Please refresh your game and clear the cache and restart. Turn off your device for 10-15 minutes and then try again. Good luck

@ramzi_shadid suggest to try what @Spinnifix x said if playing through a browser. just clear the browser cache / history to beginning of time ( important its totally clear) and restart and try again.

Yes this is my problem, i tried deleting the game and Facebook as well and install them again noting works, also i tried to deactivate the access from Facebook app settings and login again with no luck. Any suggestions?

The problem has already been Reported and work is under way to fix it.

By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.

Thanks for your response, i re-install it many times and still getting same problem, Any suggestions?
