We completed the challenge. We got the 15000 points but no reward. Why?

@dottie1041 have you got a screen shot. have you checked all members points add up to 15000. few people having problem that pic says they have reached 15000 but scores dont add up to 15000. This causes there to be a delay in you getting your rewards. Maybe what has happened to you

I didn't screen shot it. I was thinking maybe when the challenge was over we would get it. But it said time ran out and here is the new challenge.

You didn't reach the desired scores. Time ran out and a new challenge pops up and perhaps a new set of team members.

How can 15000 points not be the desired score @Nenikapaki?

I meant to say perhaps they ran out of time , i guess, before they get the 15000 score. @Bumper2019 ..
