Scroll down to the bottom and click Contact Us. They do not however have X-ray vision into your old device either.
Can you imagine if every single player decided they'd lost 1000 hammers, 2000 colorbombs etc. and wanted them back?

Hi @mhanson !
The Boosters do not sync across devices since they are saved directly on the device's memory. You have not lost your Boosters, you still have them in the game on the old device.
If you had any purchased Boosters, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center and they will resend you all purchases that you had stored. Please note though that free items cannot get resent or refunded.
