I had 98 gold bars saved up, and then I entered the game, and it was down to 15. I re-entered the game again and it was down to 10. I am not spending my gold, I am a compulsive saver.

I did not purchase these bars, this is not a purchase issue!!!!! These were bars that I had saved up over time. Any way I can get it back?

If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.
