I seem to have lost Candy Crush Saga on Facebook. I keep getting the message "User opted out of platform". I've gone into my settings and I am not opted out of the platform. I, also, lost my shortcut to the game. Help - my relaxation at night is to play the game. Sure would love it back - thank you!

Did you turn off offline FB activity? This happened to me when I did that. There is a post going around FB telling users to do that to protect privacy but you can't play candy crush if you disable offline activity on FB.

Facebook settings, go to apps and websites, ensure Candy crush saga game is active
