Ap not updating with latest levels

Normally 45 new levels drop in around 12.00 today they didn't. After waiting all afternoon and evening I got fed up. So I downloaded on my iPhone saved progress and then deleted ap from iPad and reinstalled so far so good game came back with new levels. After a few games I went to use a booster and noticed that the lot have gone...hammers spaceships bombs stripes the whole lot thanks very much King. Anybody else had this issue?
