Lost ranking, profile picture and new menu on update
Hi,
Having problems as stated above.
(Rank was arround 90, levels are in tact)
Also; my king account is different between candycrush and pyramide. Maybe since i altert my mail adress (****) and screen name (avidya) in priramide system/profile settings?
Could you fix this?

Great that it's all OK now.
I am not able to delete any game accounts.
You will need to email Player Support through the game's Settings and Help Center and refer to the GDPR and the right to be forgotten. Please make sure and clear to Player Support that only one account is to be deleted, the process is normally to delete all data that King has about you including all accounts and games.

Sweet Love Haha@Avidya will tag a superstar for you as not sure what this pyramide system is. but normally you account profile and levels ranking are all linked to the same account, so if game saved correctly you should have all this available. so post above about keeping your game saved correctly. will tag A superstar as they mat be able to help you more. Why did you alter email?

Pyramide is another King game.
I changed my emsil 'cause i used the wrong one when signing up (i've a seperate mail for gaming)

Restart your device and then try to Log in.
Let me know if you receive an error message while trying to log in.

Thank for your quick reply. Restarted before, didn't fix my problems. Restarted again; problem persits

. (i'm on level 3593, ranking is now "4" and screen name and picture seems to be set to default ("me" instead of "avidya")
No errors where given

Or did you copy your game?
However, there is no system to change the player rank because it is automatic.
In some cases due to slow internet the rank starts from 1 but later it goes back to the previous place.

I was just playing the game on my phone when I lost my ranking, etc.
based on you reply i've installed candy crush on a new device and did "Retrieve my progress" what returned me to level 6 instead of level 3595🙁
On my phond I'm still on level 3595
Do you know a way to repair this?
