Please make sure and clear to Player Support that only one account is to be deleted, the process is normally to delete all data that King has about you including all accounts and games.

This day my Piramide profile changed on my phone and the id is 11630551169, email m***[email protected] and my 100 goldbars aren't synchonizing. Levels are correct (See pictures)

Your Candy Crush Saga and Pyramid Solitaire Saga are saved on the King account with Game ID 10338610252 and email m****[email protected]
The Game ID 11624589430 is to a new account with email hi**e.j***[email protected] where no game has been saved on.
Please log out from the King account and log back in with the email starting with m.
Regarding the ranking. If it gets reset or lost, you cannot restore it I'm afraid.

Please log out from that profile and log back to the correct.
I can move the Gold Bars to the right account as soon you are connected to that account.
If you can't log out and log back in, reinstall the app and then log in to the account with Game ID 10338610252 .
