What do I do if I was not credited everything I bought? I bought the $5.99 package and did not get my hour of play nor the 20 bricks of gold. Not sure if anything else is missing. Please help! Thanks

hello, I purchased the 5.99 kit and I didn’t get my items. Usually it happens right away and still nothing the next day. I did the trouble shooting and still no items. I know I didn’t get the 20 bricks and hour of play time. The other items I have no clue if I got those either. If you can please give me these items I paid for I would appreciate it. Thank you!
