My fantastic five is not working since 3 weeks could please cross check with this

Please try with disconnecting Facebook from the game. Force close the app and restart the device.
Open the game again and connect to Facebook and see if it's working again.
@ramyakalidindi check your game is upto date and log out , restart your device and log back in . see if problem still exists. if playing via facebook also clear you internet cache / history
