Not receiving rewards I purchased

Hey

Over the last few months I’ve purchased the $8.99 bundle around 3 or 4 times. It is supposed to include gold bars but not once did I receive any bars. Kinda frustrating when I’m actually spending money and not receiving the full package. Can anyone tell me why this is??

Please note that if you chose to buy Boosters and then get redirected to buy Gold Bars, the Gold Bars will be deducted right away and you will be given the Boosters.

For example, you tap to buy 3 Candy Hammers for 19 Gold Bars. The game redirects you to Candy Shop to buy more Gold Bars. You purchase a bundle with 20 Gold Bars and some Boosters.

This means you will be credited the 3 Candy Hammers, the Boosters in the bundle and the 1 Gold Bar that was left.
