Where have my gold bars gone?

A couple of days ago I had thirty something gold bars which I had purchased. The game appears to have done an update on my iPhone which also has done a software update. Today I seem to only have 8 gold bars! I would like my gold bars reinstated please.

please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Hello @kimbo1408 and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear that happened to you. The good news is, as my friend @kiara_wael said- since you purchased them, Player Support can restore them to you.

On the drop-down menu click on Problems with Purchases and then explain what has happened and they will help restore your lost gold bars. Since it is a Friday, you may not hear from them right away. Please be patient and they will respond.
