Hello, I have now reached the goal twice with my team and we did not get the award? What's wrong with that?

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.

Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

@luckystrikes2 . Check you scores add up to the correct amount as there has been an issue with the graphic saying you have reached target but your points do not add up to the correct amount . If this is the case you will get your reward but there will be a delay in receiving it, basically until the target is reached. Its being looked into
