Mail not opening on iOS

Hello,

I normally play on my iPhone, but I linked my tablet up today. I noticed on tablet, I had mail from friends gifting or requesting lives. When I came back to phone later, I noticed I couldn’t open up mail at all (still have several lives gifted to me remaining). Does this feature not work on iOS?

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

If that didn't help, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.

Hi @danielle1012 and welcome to our Community!

When the envelope is grayed out like on the screen shot you posted, it means no Lives are in the inbox.

Please note also that Lives and Boosters do not sync between devices. They can only be used on the device you received them on.
