Level passed but now back at same level

I passed level 6333 as shown on attached screenshot but now find myself back on level 6333. Can you help me with this?

@Gordon_Sloan Will tag a couple of the superstars so somebody can have a look on this @Sukanta_Biswas @kiara_wael strange one that as first pic definitely showing level passed with stars . sometimes people click of the level to quick and i does not register, hence they think they have completed the level

Thanks @Freddy_Falkner - I did wait till the level pass had been confirmed. I then checked on my race for gold bars which still showed me on level 6333 but my Fantastic Five credited me with 65 pts. This left me suspicious as I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago - hence the reason for the first screenshot - not something I would normally do when I pass a level!!

The game is played through a browser, that is, an online platform and you may encounter some problems if the internet is disconnected during the game. The internet was disconnected when you were playing level 6333 and you refreshed the page after passing the level. Your level has not been saved for this reason.😥
