I can't recover progress

I had my account connected to Facebook, and deleted the app to try and fix the glitch. When I redownloaded it, my progress was set to 0 and it reconnected to Facebook so I was unable to recover my progress. I have had to create this new account to post, because I cannot remember my other password, and I no longer have access to the email address the account was set up with. Please help me recover my progress ASAP

Did you manage to connect the game to the same Facebook where you had the game saved on, but it stills put you on level 1?
