My game is not working

My team of 5 doesn't show up, my daily gift isn't working, I can't send lives.

    If u can’t send life... u having issue of internet connection... check ur wifi n data speed to see is it fast enough ...

    restart ur device n update to latest version too

    Thank you! I did that and I still have the same problem. I can play the game, it is just all of the other stuff isn't working at all. When I try to send lives, the little circle keeps going, the team of 5 isn't showing up anymore, the daily treat stays on the first day and keeps giving me that every time I play....lol....It is screwed up! I don't see any way to get in touch with the techs at King so I don't know if it will ever get solved.

    Hi@lhenson117 . Your internet connection is the problem. It's slow perhaps. Try connecting to a faster one and see the results..

    Tried it on another computer with faster connection. No changes, losing lives, daily treat is stuck on first day always, fantastic five not opening. Frustrating Please fix my problem King!

    @lhenson117 IF playing via facebook clear your internet browser cache / history to beginning of time , restart your device and sign back in. see if you have any improvement
