Hi, I am disappointed with the recent changes to Candy Crush Saga. I have decided to quit playing the game. Can you please tell me how to cancel my account and remove all game progress? I have played for 4 yrs but no longer wish to continue. The game is no longer fun.
If you want your data to be removed click Contact Us at the bottom of this page. Provide the email address associated with your account and ask for your data to be removed quoting "right to be forgotten" You will need to verify your email but it should be straightforward. Data can be removed from your device by removing the app.

If you play on a mobile device, please email Player Support directly from the game instead of the web form. Go to Settings and Help Center to send an email from there.
Player Support can then find your games details quickly and help you out to erase all your game data more swiftly.
Please note that if you want to play again some day, you will need to start all over from level 1 again. If you just delete app and leave the game, you can then retrieve the progress if you want to start to play again some day.

Please email Player Support if you want to use your right to be forgotten, but please note that ALL your accounts including the Community account and progress in ALL your games on ALL your accounts, both King and Facebook will get deleted and you cannot restore them.
