i didn t got my reward and lost 10 gold bars. how to get them?

Hi . This Monday it was to get my reward from special event. I had collected more than 5000 booster (the booster wich collect all same color candy). and i end up 1st but never show me again the event to collect my gold chest. i put the picture of the event to understand what i m talking about. so you own me 1 gold chest, also 1 day before i bought 10 gold bars to take more moves to finish the level and when i bought them and was to go to continue the game the screen got black and didn t got the gold bars and didn t finish the level !! i m playing to facebook platform and i must say the last 2 weeks have many many problems .all stuck continuously . So check for my gold chest and 10 gold bars and please give them to me as this is the correct. Thank you

Hello @mgiav and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear about your problems I don't think there is too much in the gold chest where you were at. The big prize is when you get to the final planet and If you are in first place then you get several boosters including an UFO.

As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response. But please don't give up - you should eventually get a response from them and it looks like most of your requests were just sent yesterday. One thing that can help is if you included a receipt showing your purchase of the 10 Gold Bars. That can help expedite the process.

However I will also mention this to the CMs.

For dexters space race not sure why you wouldn't have received the chest if collected same day,i know i have tried to collect prize on the Wednesday and its gone as think may need to be claimed within 24hrs to make sure you get it. i know people that have left till wednesday and got it but very hit and miss

No the same day i opened the game, on Monday and din t shown up. where must i s contact to take the chest? i have sent 3 emails to king help and never took an answer. but i m getting upset to spend money and non give a ... to answer.

@mgiav chest do not think it is possible to replace and the re covered in there terms and conditions when you sign up to play the game, but if you have spent money then you may have a chance of getting that back but not a certain, but would have to be through customer services. you get automated reply first and then they should get in contact with you

I will try one more time to send email i want the chest because i spent money to finish some levels to collect boosters and i want to go to next planet and i collected more than 5000 boosters and i deserve to take the gold chest. And yes i will find the receipt from paypal to send it too.thank you again for your help

My game ID is : 1021423595 , also you must know that the game at the facebook has many problems . stuck very often, part of the game not working correct. sometimes daily show up 3-4 times daily, also when you play hard level the permit you win not showing, also the other mission where you collect a amount of same color candy and when succeeded gives you 1h booster .... that not shown all the time when must..... uf i can make a list with the game problems at facebook platform and this is more than 2weeks now maybe 3. no worries i m playing this game for years and years and i know how must be..... they need to fix the game at facebook

I have now added Gold bars to your game to compensate for the purchase and rewards.

Next time when you email Player Support, you will need to enter the same email that you use on Facebook.

The reason why you kept getting an autoreply was because the email you entered was an email that is not related to the game.

To get help from Player Support, please enter your Facebook email in the form so it will reach an agent.
