Hi, why I’m not getting the challenges to pass several levels in order to get rewards?

one of my sisters has Apple too and she got it.

the other has Android and she got it too.

i frequently update my game.

Hi @finha and welcome to the community. The events are randomly assigned.

It is rare that all games get events such as these at the same time. It is game ID dependant and not device dependant.

To make sure you are getting all the events you are entitled to, as well as auto updating the app, it pays to restart it completely frequently.

If you just swipe up to exit the app it will go into standby and may not get the complete information when it connects to the server.

If you only rarely restart your device the app will rarely quit completely.
