Win more moves, etc

When I lose a level and it gives me the option to win more moves and says loading but goes no further. Similarly, I am gaining no more special candies to keep for when I need them. Assistance please.

R u having internet connection error? Check ur wifi n data speed to see is it fast enough n stable? Can u send life to friend?

do restart ur device n update to latest version

Hi and thank you for the swift reply. My internet connection is excellent, my computer is optimised but no, I can't send lives to a friend. I've closed the game and restarted my computer, all to no avail 😕

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

@Celiaholmes see post below for booster wheel problems and put your game ID in the post. As for special candies i guess you mean Sugar drops and unfortunately these have been removed from the game and are no longer available in the game
