Can not connect to app store to get rewRds

Hi

I can't seem to connect to the app store in order to receive my rewards. This issue started about a month ago. I have turned phone off, disconnected wifi and reconnect, same issue exist. Can anyone give me info on the situation. Ty

This happens to me on and off. Restarting usually fixes it.

Please  Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If the problem is the same then you will find complete information HERE and of course tell your Game ID there.
