@wowi112 If you get no luck with resetting password only person that maybe able to help you is @Crazy Cat Lad if you know you game ID. he can manually restore your levels if you create a new login. He will only answer when he is working so you would have to be patient, but could be worth tagging you never know
If you try to log in, enter your email address and your password. If you no longer have the password, it says password vegessen. Then you click on it and receive an email and you then follow the email. Otherwise you have to enter a new password and confirm it again. I hope this helps!!
