Didn't receive my contest prize

Hi I won second place in the collection contest. I opened the chest for my prizes but it never gave me my 2 hrs of unlimited lives. Someone help!!

@Kohl , first thing to try is sign out restart your device and sign back in. see if this pops up

If not best you can do is contact customer services from your game or contact us at bottom of page. you will need your game ID.
