Where are my rewards and bonuses?

My candy crush game says I am not connected to the internet but I have WiFi and internet connection. I can’t get my profile or rewards and bonuses. Why?

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Did you change or reinstall the game?

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
