Cannot ask for lives from specific Facebook friend

I am experiencing issues asking for lives from a specific Facebook friend. I’ve tried to search for their name to request for a life, however their name does not show up despite the fact that we are currently Facebook friends.

Two possibilities. Either this is a glitch, OR King has failed to register him/her as Facebook friends.

Either way please report to King.

Have you checked with your friend that they do still play? That your friend also have made sure that the game still has the permission to access their Facebook?
