Hello @mam1228 and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear that has happened to you. Whenever you experience a problem with your purchases - please contact Player Support. They are the only ones who can help (unless you purchased them thru for example Apple - in which case you will be directed to go back to Apple for a refund). If you have proof of purchase that makes it even easier - but with your player ID#, they can easily check your transaction history and see what purchases were made.
