I lost my levels I was up in the 1600 I paid a while ago for premium so I wouldn’t get the ads.

I lost my levels. I was at around 1564 to 1600 level. I paid for premium to not get the ads a while ago. I was connected to Facebook to but it’s not connecting till my account and it’s not picking up any of my emails.
