Please delete my account and my email. I’ve checked my notification preference boxes over 10 times and selected save. Nothing in any of the boxes are selected. All boxes are completely empty and I’m still being bombarded with emails. These emails are annoying makes me not want to play this game.

The process for deleting your account is not straightforward and involves contacting support under data protection rights to be forgotten, waiting for a reply and verifying your email. This is a necessity to stop trolls from using the same email address for multiple ID's so I hope you understand. All email clients have a facility to either delete or move unwanted emails to junk/spam folders automatically. It would possibly be easier and quicker to research your email client online to find out how to do this.

@Crazy Cat Lad @Sukanta_Biswas For my reference, does this right to be forgotten also delete any game information held under that email also?

Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address before changing and saving your notification preferences.

How do I delete my account? Iv tried many times to stop the emails but they continue coming, it’s getting very annoying.

I am having the same issue! It’s driving me nuts! Like a Hundred emails today! I can’t get the notification preferences to actually work. Now I’d just rather delete my entire account

I’m having the same issue!!!! I have taken the check marks off 5 times and keep getting the emails! I go back to the notifications and they are all marked again!!!!!

This is a temporary issue and the issue is under investigation.

From the information I have received so far, my guess is that the "Save Preference" button is not working properly.

I hope the problem will be solved soon.😎
