Dear Community Member,
the fantastic five of my account did not work for dayssssssss even though I log out and log in agaon many many times.
I noticed that there was no "powe- up" icon in my account, I only had "event " and "Map" icon, pls instruct me how to solve this problem

I tried what u mentioned in the reply, but sorry still not work for me.
I'm sorry to hear that @Agnitas. The Fantastic 5 feature is going through some evolution at the moment with the introduction of custom teams and recent changes to the scoring system. There have already been a few reports of the feature failing to re-start and there were similar issues when F5 was first introduced. All I can say is please be patient, keep your game updated to the latest version and your date and time correct and hopefully the issue will resolve itself.
If you are getting F5 notifications that you have logged in, passed a hard level, completed an episode etc. there is a good chance that those points will be adding up in the background to give you rewards when it finally resolves.
