Could you please look into this @Crazy Cat Lad ? I've seen new posts about this today as well. I've tried it all to get it sorted, but this is something on your end. It started around the time when other people where getting issues on Kindle Fire. Thanks in advance.

@José_Savelkoul You will need to have a little patience. It is being investigated but no news of a fix as of yet sorry
I just noticed it got updated (version 1.1781.1.0 now) but it's still not working. :(
@José_Savelkoul Is you game saved to facebook?. I would try logging out and restarting your device, then log back in. If not would try un-installin and re- installing the app. Kindle has been fixed and i have no issues with my win 10 app
I'm not sure what caused your problem and from the information I received from the team, they did not find any problem in the app. However this can be a problem with the operating system so you can check for Windows Update.
I believe Windows Update Assistance is very helpful.
Also check your Microsoft Store version.
I've just updated Microsoft Store to 12006.1001.1.0, I've updated Windows 10, it's not working, it just keeps crashing. This is something on your end, not mine. Please do look into this. It started here on Win10 around the time with the Kindle Fire problems.
I can't get the app on my PC with Win 10 to load. All I'm seeing is this screen, sometimes it crashes right away. Could you please look into this.
A hour ago I update the Win 10 apps and still doesn't operate.
May I remind you @Sukanta_Biswas ? Please show us you care before you're losing even more players. Lots have quit playing already. Thanks in advance.
