Can't you check what you did that caused the crashing on Kindle Fire devices, and undo that? It started around the same time for a group of people using the Windows10-app (with some update on your end on the 28th or 29th of May). Still seeing complaints coming in here. I think this really is something that you can fix on your end. Thank you for your time. You know what I think @Crazy Cat Lad ? I think loads of people are having a laptop as well (where the app does work), besides having a Windows10 PC. And I think, that's why you're not getting that many reports about this. I don't have a laptop, and it just sucks not being able to use the app anymore because you can't get it sorted.
