For getting 6 candies in a row a special booster should be given eg: a party booster

Uum, there are reliable ways of obtaining boosters via other methods. Some levels have starting configurations in which there is easily a match of 6 or more candies.

Getting six Candies in a row is not possible in the game.

Since you can only switch one Candy at the time, the other five Candies need to be in line already. Two on one side and three on the other. Three Candies is already a match and therefore not possible to match six.
