i have stuck here fairy is not unlocking as u can see time has passed i dont have gold bars nor friends are helping.

I have playing this game since many years i have not experience such thing. i think it is happening because i am playing on pc.

It has another format, but of course it is candy crush, I think you have to update the game

Looks like you're playing via King.com. The level should be able to unlock after 24 hours has passed based on the image you've shared. However, you may send request to other King players by clicking the "Ask friends" and you can select all. You may get reply from a couple of King players. Please try and let me know.

Since you're playing via PC, I hope you PC version support Win10. If yes, the game app can be downloaded to your PC directly and you can log in via your king account to sync your progress. Hopefully, the level is unlock after you log into the game.

If your PC don't have the latest Win10 verson, @Crazy Cat Lad may be able to help you unlock the level but you have to wait for a bit as he's tied up with many things at the moment 😊 please be patience. Whilst waiting, please join the contests to win some gold bars 😀
