• User ID#
• Device you use, to play on.
• Name of Game, with version#.
• Order# or receipt of the purchase - Go to where you made the purchase at. Then screenshot it.

The King Community doesn't do refunds on purchases or refunds. But "King Support" does. It has been my experience, they do a very good job on it. Might have to wait, awhile, depends on how busy they are. If all else fails, just contact your bank on the credit card you have. Give them the same info above, they can investigate it for you.
