Gold Bars at the End of Episodes
Greetings—
I’m relatively new to Candy Crush Saga and this forum. I’m currently at level 1296, and I’ve cleared many episodes. When I’ve reached the end of an episode, a screen pops up indicating that I’ve won “x” amount of gold bars and certain boosters. For example, the last episode indicated that I had won “11x” gold bars and boosters. Although I received the boosters, I didn’t receive the gold bars. Not at all. This has occurred routinely. I am very upset about this, and I’m considering quitting altogether. Could you please look into this matter for me or advise me?

What you are referring to is the Episode Race where you are competing with 5 Randomly Selected Players to win the Gold Bars. If you are one of the TOP 3 completing the 15 Levels required in an Episode, then you'll get Gold Bars depending on your standing. The 1st Place gets 5 Gold Bars, the 2nd Place gets 3 and the 3rd Place gets 1. Every Level shows you your standing in the competition. If you win any of these spots and complete the last Level of the Episode, you will be prompted to Claim the prize towards the end of the game level.
To see where you are in competition from among the 5 players, go to the Events Tab. The Episode Race is the first event you'll see.
As far as your claim that you won 11x amount of Gold Bars, I've never seen an Episode Race with that amount.

Thanks for the responses, but I think that I still need some clarity. The screen/award that I am talking about occurs after I have won a diamond crown. The screen shows that I have won gold bars and boosters as I have described in my earlier note. It seems different from the Episode Race, but maybe it isn’t.

The only way you can bring some clarity to your claim is to take ScreenShots of the Notifications that you received and post them here. I have been playing Candy Crush Saga since it was initially released. I have never seen any 11 Gold Bars Prize within the Game Competition itself. If you really won these, there should have been a CLAIM Prize Button to Press somewhere.

You mentioned a Diamond Crown in connection with the Episode Race, are you referring to Soda Saga? The reason I asked is because I am putting together 15 Levels on the Ice Cream Island Episode in a video. In Soda, the Episode Race has 2 different types of Crowns: The Noble with Free Boosters and the Royal where you have to pay or exchange 50 Gold Bars to claim.
