Game doesn't give me all of my lives

In the last 2 weeks every time I play with 5 full lives the game only lets me play 3. The other 2 lives disappear. Why is this happening?

@cbndc Try make sure your game is upto date, sign out and restart you device , then log back in. See if problem still persists.

Also quick question you are not trying to exit levels without playing as if you do this also takes a life away from you

I have never received any reports of such problems and I think Freddy gave you the right argument.😊

N o I am not leaving the levels. It says 5 lives I play 3 then it says out of lives. The other 2 are simply gone. I am currently on level 4514 I have logged out, I have updated still the same. Who do I speak to if the forum can't help. So annoying.

Hi I still can't get friends to play in with .I play in king.com . I click in send life to friends ,or invite friends and and does not go through It keeps buffing not connecting please help me I use a pc to play.

@cbndc you could try support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page. you will need your game ID for this

Go to your logout screen and above your avatar / picture is a king sign, double click on this and it will display your game ID in numbers

Hi, still having problem with my game in king.com. all the windows that suppose to be connected with my friends, or asking for life, and inviting friends to play ,is always buffering. my internet is very good I play my games but no friends, no free lives and no accumulation from my daily games. please tell me what to do. Thanks.

Hi, aijazqbal sorry but I still have problems the windows you send me I don't have it when i open the game it goes straight to the game board. I don't see the profile page and the setting. I am playing in king.com on a lop top my game is not connected with Facebook .I encountered problems right after the game up grade last year. all this information you send me I don't see it. please help me.
