My game malfunctioned in the middle of level 1856.

I was at 3 sugar stars and close to almost 2 billion points when the level glitched and then ended. When it went back to the map it said I ended the level with 1 star and 32,000 points! Why did that happen and how can it be fixed! Something so amazing should be kept on record!!!
