I received a new iPad 01/2020 and transferred my data from my old iPad which this version was on,

I am not a new bee I have been playing for years and I have other King Games that also transferred and they are in settings with a icon on the screen but will not open when touched, do I need to reinstall these items?

One of the biggest hassles of getting a new device is transferring data over from your old one.

u cud have used icloud which is a nice transfering website.

i think u have to reinstall.

but for further clarification

Newbee is just bcoz u wrote ur 1st post in the community.

Just wait dont uninstall the game as u might loose boosters this way. Our game expert @Crazy Cat Lad Will guide u and u will not loose anything.

@GrandmaW . there is a facebook issue at present that is being worked on, no fix yet. thats why you have no profile pic and maybe a few other issues

When you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Games, you will lose all of your boosters and events will be reset or gone. (Just like @aijaziqbal have answered you)

If an app won't open when tapping it on you iPad, try with force closing all open apps and restarting the device first.

If that doesn't help, then reinstall the apps that won't open.

hi, I have moved to a new ipad and managed to transfer my progress but my profile icon and the rating and position league table are empty, just me in it. How do I restore the icon and my League table information please

@GrandmaW All that will transfer over is your levels and your gold bars. If you have saved to the cloud you may have more luck with transfer, but not a definite

Thank you, managed to transfer levels but profile icon now blank and was in top 10 for leaderboard but now just in a league on my own.Don't think i would have backed to the icloud as only have a facebook account o back up progress. So i presume the leaderboard will fill with other players over time?
