Hi everyone, just want to thank King for this game, saved my sanity when going through chemo, and self isolation. I have had no server for the past 3 days and find games impossible to win without my fantastic five prize and wheel etc. I have a reference number but have not been able to make contact #9620944

    Hi, thank you for getting in touch. My name is actually Helen, the server is the the connection that gives you access to buy from the app and gives a free spin each day plus awards the prizes for fantastic five etc, so extremely difficult to win a game and not much fun. I play on an iPad it’s an IOS 13.5.1. 5 days now so a bit sad. Candy crush saga has been absolutely fantastic, especially when I was going through cancer treatment, I don’t know how I would have managed, So very grateful for it.

    Hello @coolio - I hope you are doing well now. So what you are saying is that you currently don't have an internet connection and so the game is being played in off-line mode, where you don't have access to certain events/options. Did you get any warning notice or does the blue circle just spin when you try and purchase something?

    I also play on both an iPad and primarily on my mini iPad. I assume you do indeed have internet where you live and it is a case of the game not connecting to it. Can you connect to the internet on your iPad to look at email and other things? I have found that the King games work best with a strong and steady internet signal and if there is an interruption or drop in signal, it can cause a temporary glitch and cause the game to revert to off line mode.

    You want to make sure you have the latest version of the game - its 1.178.0.3 and I see you have the latest IOS update. Also you should periodically clear your cache. Have you been rebooting your iPad periodically also? You should turn it off for at least 15 seconds and then turn it on again. See if this helps.

    If nothing does - you may have to de-install and re-install the app (I had to do that once), however - if you do - you will lose any saved boosters and lives. This should only be done as a last resort. Your actual progress should be fine as long as you are playing via either King.com or FB.

    Also - we discourage players from posting personal information in the main part of the community (instead of in a PM),l like your email address. So could you please edit your comment above and remove your email address? Just click on the small grey cog wheel in the upper right corner and click on edit.
