@9japradaANP sorry read wrong seen this a couple of times today and believe is a temporary fault. leave it a while and come back to it later and you should still be at level 3 . if you restart your device it will start you off on level 1
Hi @9japradaANP, where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device? Make sure to clear out the history.. If you are on mobile make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. Try to log out and log back in to see if that works.
Thank you very much @Freddy_Falkner , I easily pick up the game clue to crush on but my issue isn’t about playing it , my issue is I can’t open the level 3 to play and move to 4 and to 5 ... the first phase of the Tiffi was very easy from level 1-5... 🤔

Hi @Elsa i appreciate you responds ,I do use my phone (iPhone XS) to play the games, I have actually offloaded and literally turn off my phone and reboot it and still didn’t enable me access the game. I saw your responds now and did all you spoke of as shown on all screen shots and still can’t access the level 3 😞🤦🏾
@9japradaANP one of @Sukanta_Biswas posts states temporary problems and to wait for a while and they it should rectify Itself
Great, apologies accepted ... I appreciate your responds. Actually am still on the level 2 highlight as it’s shown on the screen shot I uploaded on the question even as I rebooted my phone 2 mins ago but like you said, let’s wait till the end of the day to see how well it goes. Thanks 🍬🥂
Are you confused yet with so many people responding @9japradaANP? Freddy where did he post that it's a temporary problem and to wait for a while? Is it for this exact same problem? Could you please post the link here? Thanks!
