The event will run until today, but at times tech issues can cause that it expires early for some players.
Please try with force closing the app restarting the device and see if it pops up again. Sometimes it helps to play a regular level on the Saga map to get an event to appear.
Oh really ? It’s a fun game , was eagerly waiting to crush through level 3 but sadly it was dropped of or taking off from my event app section 🧐

It’s been taken out of my event section , don’t know if the team can restore it back so I can play to see if I can crush thru to give feedback ... if not I rest my case and wait till the next event , thanks @Crazy Cat Lad 🥂🍬
Then the score didn't get registered correctly. Please replay the level and make sure you get the "level completed" message when you beat the level.
Oh thanks @Crazy Cat Lad , but I played the level 2 already and won and saw myself on level 2 again instead of 3... but anyways it’s been dropped off from my event section of the candy app ... I would have replayed to see if it will move me further to the level 3... 🥂🍬
When the map looks like this, it means that you are still on level 2.
Please complete level 2 first and level 3 will open.
Who else noticed Tiffi’s has been pulled down ??? It was suppose to end Tuesday if am correct but sure because of the various complains the team decided to drop it off .... 🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬

Hi @Freddy_Falkner , yeah it’s sure something messing up the Tiffi’s episodes , I wish it could be sorted ... actually love the game but sad 😞 I have to let go and do my main candy crushing until another time

@9japradaANP sorry read wrong seen this a couple of times today and believe is a temporary fault. leave it a while and come back to it later and you should still be at level 3 . if you restart your device it will start you off on level 1
Hi @9japradaANP, where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device? Make sure to clear out the history.. If you are on mobile make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. Try to log out and log back in to see if that works.
Thank you very much @Freddy_Falkner , I easily pick up the game clue to crush on but my issue isn’t about playing it , my issue is I can’t open the level 3 to play and move to 4 and to 5 ... the first phase of the Tiffi was very easy from level 1-5... 🤔

Hi @Elsa i appreciate you responds ,I do use my phone (iPhone XS) to play the games, I have actually offloaded and literally turn off my phone and reboot it and still didn’t enable me access the game. I saw your responds now and did all you spoke of as shown on all screen shots and still can’t access the level 3 😞🤦🏾
@9japradaANP one of @Sukanta_Biswas posts states temporary problems and to wait for a while and they it should rectify Itself

Thank you very much @Elsa and @Freddy_Falkner This is the 1st phase of level 1 - 5 , I played this at a stretch and won because it don’t reverse you back to level 1 when one fails a level but on this Tiffi’s phase 2, take you back to level one when you fail any of the level ... I was playing the 3rd level and failed then was pushed down to start level one again and after I Crushed level 1 & 2, I couldn’t cross further to play the level 3. This is how I have been stocked . But fingers crossed 🤞

Hi @okeyouk I got through this yesterday from level 1 to 5, am on the new phase (Phase 2) which is also a level 1 to 5. Probably the problem on both phase 1 & 2 of the Tiffi’s game began today 🤔🤔🤔😞
Now I am wondering if there are glitches in this event. Let's see how many more post about this during the weekend.
@okeyouk also some of the community admins have responded like you saw now that it’s probably a little issue and will be resolved . So let get crushing on the main candy section until we get back to Tiffi again .... sure the team will sort and resolve this ... cheers 🥂
