There was an update and kindle fire users were locked out of candy crush when it was fixed I returned to level one. I think I was on somewhere around level 1600 maybe more. I don't do facebook so it wasn't saved.
@sojustice Have you tried Kiaras tips above. If you have no joy post your game ID and level you was on and i will pass the details on to the CM and he should be able to restore your levels. They are not in the office till Monday so you will have to be patient
Welcome to our community @sojustice! That was a huge mistake not playing through King or Facebook. I heard that Player Support is backed up but you need to create a King account so that they can add your progress to the game. I am not familiar with a Kindle device but when you click on the game app does it show you the "Retrieve my Progress" button? If it does please click on it and then create a King account.
Once you have that account you need to get your user ID # by following the steps from here. Make sure to give them your user ID # otherwise how are they going to know where to add your progress?

My I'd is 281120 at the time when I was playing my user was shay/panda I lost everything now I'm not sure what l level I was on somewhere around 1800,been playing for years now I'm on level l 50
