New phone, lost lives

I had well over 100 lives stored up and when I upgra my phone today, I lost them all! Doesn't seem fair that friends send them and they disappear, even after syncing progress with Facebook...any way to get them back??

I am very sorry to hear that u lost lives.

It is highly unlikely that u get them back as lives are private messages and sent through face book so whenever there is update or a certain limit of 100 or 200 messages crosses it goes away. Any how i am sure ur good friends will send some lives back to u soon.

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the Lives sent over by your friends! And you must have lost all your saved up boosters too!

This is because, all the boosters and the Lives received from our friends are stored on the local memory of our device but not to the game. That is the reason, when we change our device or delete the App, all those boosters and lives will be lost from our game!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get them back. But, if you have lost your boosters that were purchased with real money, they will be reimbursed.
